Victory Camp

My child has been here for several years. I wish the school provided better instruction in reading. It seems that the assessments that are used are just measuring if the student is on grade level not above. Small group literacy instruction should be just that- at the students instructional level. Round robin reading (one child reads while the rest sit and listen) is an outdated practice that can harmful. I’m hoping for improvements in this area because the school has a lot to offer.

I have 2 kids who go to this school, 2nd and 4th! They transferred this year from a different school! They have had the most amazing year! Learned so much and had so many great memories! The teacher and staff amazing and truly care about the students as if they are there own! As soon as we left the last day of school the kids said mommy we’re gonna miss our teachers!
