"I live right at downtown Dayton so there's a lot going on through the year. the holidays all through the summer and even just to take nice walks"
  • RickW6732
"This is a beautiful historic neighborhood that has been through drastic improvement over the past 20 years. All empty lots have new housing that complements the historic housing. There are lots of kids in the neighborhood that have access to great public schools including a K-8 Montessori and Stivers School for the Arts high school. Nearly all of the homes have been updated. They maintain their historic character with modern updated interiors. You can walk to many events at Riverscape Park, The Art Museum, Dragons Base Ball and much more. The Great Miami River is undergoing improvements for white water rafting, and canoeing. There is a great view of the downtown skyline. Walls along the interstate were recently built."
