    "This is a great enclave just off of Rt. 23. Yes we never hear road noise. Between the community fitness center, swimming pool and walking trail around the pond, this really feels like a true neighborhood. Close proximity to all shopping, as well as downtown."

    "The Sanctuary is a very quiet and private area for those of you interested in a safe area. Our kids attend Worthington Estates Elementary and they love it. This neighborhood is an up and coming area where more younger couples with kids are living. There is someone always walking alone, or with thier dog. Come check it out, you won't regret it. We almost missed out on it. "
