    "decent. public transportation not far. schools could be better. there are not many parks around this area. this could be a better area with a bit more love and support from the community leaders. homes could be main trained better. too many empty fields not being properly maintained. this is also a high crime rate area. "

Close to downtown and world renowned Teaching hospitals , museums and parks.lots of Restaurants many are in walking distance. New condos Appartmens and single family homes.Many well kept historical homes are affordable options. "

    "All the stores are in walking distance. So whatever I need I can get all the time. There are buses to get you anywhere and everywhere over here. There are many churches. Very good small owned restaurants and a donut shop on 105"
