    "We have a monthly gathering where we bring our own drinks and a snack to share. We begin in May thru October. Neighbors get to share tips on improving their homes. We meet at 6:00 -8:00pm. It helps new neighbors get acclimated into their new homes."

    "Crazy night life being next to the bars! Lots of young people live here. Pet friendly. They have people walking around picking up trash every other day. People litter and leave trash allover the grounds."

    "It’s safe and pretty quiet I live in timber top oh and affordable everything you need with in driving distance. If your looking for modern apartments these aren’t it very outdated but it doesn’t bother me."

    "There's truly no quick access to any highway! You are in Cuyahoga Falls, Bath & Fairlawn drive cautiously, use blinkers and obey the speed limit you will be ok. "
