    "Not really built for dogs. The price is right but the utilities here dont really work for my dogs and they are small. The washer dryer combos in these apartments are made for people that dont have winter let alone dogs. They use ventless cheap ge units that take forever to dry and dont remove dog hair or lint. So be prepared to spend more money for a unit and more on the washer and dryer downstairs."

    "Calm part of the city, most people in this neighborhood work, there are a few nice parks close by. The express ways are all really close and accessible. We deal with a lot of morning traffic because all of the city of operation vehicles are dispatched from this area as well as other refuse companies like waste management."
