Patchogue Highlands

We love Barton after our 2 years here. The teachers are knowledgeable, loving and creative. There are so many different learning experiences that expand children’s physical, emotional, academic and social development.

I’ve found my entire experience here to be overall positive. The teachers my children have had have all been caring and responsive to any of my questions. I love that all of my children have had positive learning experiences here and love their teachers. I do have to say the support staff have always been very helpful in allowing my children to achieve great results. Many of the teachers here are truly dedicated to the kids and really give their all to them. I am grateful for my families time here.

I HATE THIS SCHOOL!!!! I am deeply disgusted with the School District for the way they handled replacing the Principal. They gave NO WARNING to the fanilies, students - NO ONE!! The Superintendent, Dr. Jones should be ashamed of herself for mishandling the children of Medford Elementary. I contacted the Commissioner in Albany over this.

Great community, excellent teachers, and many fun activities for kids throughout the year

This school is an amazing environment for young children. My child went here from pre-k to 8th and she is thriving in high school. This school had an amazing affect on her mental health. Everyone is so supportive.
