"People walk there dogs all throught the day. Always wave hi and keep a safe distance on the side of the road. At night most walkers will have reflective gear or lights to be seen which helps greatly. Only thing is most people WILL NOT clean up after their dogs. I'm not sure why the brief survey showed people do in majority."
