"I lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. NYC is the greatest city in the world because of the diversity of the population here. "

"It's a great neighborhood for dogs and their families. There is a nice dog run at Union Square Park, and many people in the neighborhood have dogs. There are also several nice doggy spas/day care centers close by and several vets including a 24 hour emergency animal hospital "

"There are many people in this area with dogs. There is a dog park in Union Square Park. However, if your dog suffers from anxieties, this area is too busy and noisy. "

"Events in Union Square Park. The farmer’s market several times a week is great. There are many restaurants of different ethnicity. Many shops, too. Both restaurants and shops are of many different a financial and social demographics. "

"It is Manhattan. Living is constantly a challenge and intriguing. No matter what your age group...Main events seemed to be based out of the gorgeous Madison Square Park. "

"I work in this neighborhood. I don’t think I’d want to live here though. It feels very transient. They do a nice job keeping it clean except where there is scaffolding. "

"There isn’t an real green space in the area. This area isn’t good for large breeds. There are no dog parks within quick walking distance and the sidewalks are very congested during the day. "
