"Close to Central Park, not a lot of small parks or grassy areas otherwise. Very noisy. Lots of traffic. I wouldn’t recommend having a dog in this neighborhood. I recommend UES or UWS"

"There’s a few high schools in the area. One being a great performing arts school but there’s two high schools with very “rowdy” teenagers. Especially, on 10th Avenue."

"I live here because of my job. This place is about money and that's it. It is an ugly dirty area lacking any sense of community that exploits people for the benefit of the rootless cosmopolitan financial elites."
