"The Lark Street Festival and other festivals held in Washington Park (ie: Tulip festival) are all pretty unique and do contribute to a sense of community if not with the neighborhood, then with the city as a whole. "

"There’s a dog park nearby and of course Washington Park making it very friendly for pets. Owners are courteous of others and pick up after their dogs. "

"There are a lot of benefits of city living - great free-spirited people, great restaurants and parks - but it’s not quite as busy or crowded as some other areas of downtown. "

"Very friendly community. I’ve lived here for 7 years and my husband has lived for 14. Our two young children have many friends in the neighborhood their age and love how walkable it is."
