6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy family really loved Faber School. My kids were challenged appropriately in their classrooms and they had lots of opportunities to do hands-on learning activities that got them excited about school. Both the teachers and the administrators are very caring and they do a lot to make sure that students have a positive experience. There are a lot of fun traditions and celebrations (cultural heritage festival, color runs, etc.) at the school that create a welcoming atmosphere for everybody in the community.Parent Review6mo ago10 Reviews - Irene E Feldkirchner Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have a kid in kindergarten who loves going to school. Wants to go to school even on weekends! I will have my 2 year old giving you the preschool here. Great teachers and lovely learning environment with good amount of extra curricular.Parent Review1y ago16 Reviews - New Life Christian School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! My sister and I went to this school and had a horrible experience. We both have ADHD, and despite this school’s reputation as the perfect school for special needs, both of our needs were not just unprovided for, but completely neglected and shamed at times. My sister’s teacher saw her struggling with the materials, and instead of taking the time to help her understand when she expressed that she didn’t, she chose to send demeaning, passive aggressive letters home, demeaning her and saying that she didn’t pay attention in class (she did. She just didn’t understand.) Her lack of care for my sister in turn caused me to have to tutor her on a certain lesson, with her sending a letter back after I did saying that we did not do it the ‘right’ way (AKA the way she wanted it done.) She was also slapped by a boy in her class and the school neglected to tell us completely. Didn’t find out until she came home and said something. Many more experiences with this teacher, but onto my experience. I had a negative experience with both the kids and adults, with one specific child behaving weirdly around me (which I will not go into further detail on to protect my privacy, but she not only called me a slur multiple times, but did several other things that traumatized me.) The adults had zero knowledge of this, so I will not fault them for most of it, but they were infact there when the table I was at brought up a certain word and it was eventually said to me, very loudly. Either nobody heard or it was willfully ignored. Running out of space so teacher actions are in bullet points.Told me I was failing when I wasn’tThrew the homework bin at me when I said I’d turned it in and told me to look for it if I really did (it was in there, didn’t receive apology)Forced me to throw a drawing in the class infront of the class when I was doodling during classLoudly asked me if I had taken my meds when I was distracted INFRONT OF THE CLASS.Got mad at me for not doing my hw when I went out for my grandpa’s birthday, excused her favorite student when he knew he had hw but went out for ice cream for no reason Shut door in my face when coming back from recess, blamed it on me for being “too slow”More I don't want to list for my privacy. In short, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THE UPPER SCHOOL. Lower school is okay if you want to. NOT THE UPPER SCHOOL.Other Review1mo ago8 Reviews
