Not to mention the public golf course and a plethora of downtown events and sidewalk celebrations. This is a very diverse and welcoming community."

    "Recently purchased a home in the Brookdale section of Bloomfield. Very nice neighborhood which offers transportation to N.Y.C by bus to Port Authority. There are many different types of restaurants to choose from, including grocery stores which are walkable. The neighbors are friendly. Great neighborhood for children."
