6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is NOT diverse, very old fashion, and not tuned with today's world. No Asian teachers, one Black teacher, No Spanish teachers. Mainly all white staff. When I had an issue they spoke to me rude and condescending because I'm Spanish. I would do research before moving to this town. My kid hates this school and it's sad because he is only in Kindergarten. He really miss his old school he cries every morning to go back to his old school. My kid also love giving hugs and he was told to keep his hands to himself because Covid. He came home so sad he really lost his excitement for school.Parent Review3y ago2 Reviews - Chews Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to this school kindergarten to eighth, handful of good teachers, staff is whatever. Got teased and basically verbally bullied by people 6th through 8th, when it started I told teachers, little to nothing was done about it. Drama at this school is handled poorly by staff. My old class in 8th were extremely disrespectful and would throw things and do bad stuff during school, and all they got were detentions and scoldings. if anything needs to be fixed, its how they react to troubling scenarios and how they give their students discipline.Other Review1y ago3 Reviews - St Teresa Regional School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe chose this school because of the Sister who was here years ago. Since then, the principal and faculty has changed and the school is not great. If I could talk to all incoming parents I would tell them the school was great back 10 years ago but not any longer as it is in need of a huge revamp. I believe the old administration at the school actually would remove and suspend dangerous/super disrespectful kids, but thats not the case since these days and unfortunately the good kids suffer. Please look into other private schools in the area because I don’t believe many of the kids/families are here for the “Catholic School”, but rather many were thrown out of other schools and the parents instead of putting them in a behavior program, put them here. It’s sad, the principal should be referring these kids to specific behavioral programs to benefit them, not putting the pressure on teachers to deal with kids who have severe behavioral issues. I am hearing this moreso with respect to students who came in 2020 and beyond and were admitted by new principal.Parent Review1y ago23 Reviews
