This school is NOT diverse, very old fashion, and not tuned with today's world. No Asian teachers, one Black teacher, No Spanish teachers. Mainly all white staff. Posted by a parent on 12/7/2022Teachers and administrators are very involved with the children on a daily basis. It is easy to speak with and work with the teachers and administrators. I have lived in Stratford all of my life and I attended the Stratford schools.

I was reading some reviews saying how good it is but trust me i was there and it wasn't trust me. Lets start with the teachers, they don't care for their students, my second grade teacher was just straight up rude I mean like come on! She would let her problems out on us and yell at us even when we did nothing wrong and my first grade teacher didn't really speak English!! AT this point the hire anybody who says the have a degree. Only my kindergarten teacher truly cared for her students. The food is horrible, I found a bone in my chicken sandwich and it was still frozen. Now about the students, they don't learn anything there i mean lets be honest i learned my times table when i was in the third grade your suppose to lean it when you'r in first. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to this school kindergarten to eighth, handful of good teachers, staff is whatever. Got teased and basically verbally bullied by people 6th through 8th, when it started I told teachers, little to nothing was done about it. Drama at this school is handled poorly by staff. My old class in 8th were extremely disrespectful and would throw things and do bad stuff during school, and all they got were detentions and scoldings. if anything needs to be fixed, its how they react to troubling scenarios and how they give their students discipline.Other Review1y ago - Children of Promise Christian School
