8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to New Hope 10 years ago so not sure if my review is still accurate but, the staff during my time here were very accommodating and had a love for their students. I do not have anything terrible to say about New Hope & would recommend it to anyone. I think the thing I appreciate most about New Hope it that they took the time to create a lot of activities that blended well with their lessons. They are very interactive! I think that make learning a lot easier for a child.Other Review10y ago6 Reviews - Community Christian School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had 6 children attend CCS. Three have graduated, all 3 will tell you the high school program is not challenging at all, everyone is pushed through, and they would not recommend the high school program for anyone. I recently had to pull my 2 middle schoolers due to sexual assault. The assault was pushed under a rug and the conversation was told to be dropped. I have the emails as proof. My elementary child was kicked out over summer due to the headmasters dislike of me, which stemmed from the sexual assault of my middle schoolers. This is pick and choose school that refuses to protect its students and that has everything to do with who runs the school.Other Review1y ago5 Reviews - Building Blocks Montessori School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTerrible & hostile work environment. Wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. School is ran by an individual who talks down to teachers who have much higher degrees than him. The teachers are treated as if they are beneath the students and are often addressed like children. Almost the entire staff has to be subservient to the people who run the school and if you don’t do things exactly how they say they attack you verbally and throw you under the bus In front of your other colleagues to keep them in line. Many of the systems are not well thought out and are made at the last minute so the entire school stays constantly disorganized from start to school year end. Asking any questions is highly discouraged for staff members and if you ask any that they think they’ve already answered, they will demean you and talk down to you in front of as many people as possible. Many of the staff don’t talk a lot about this just because they are trying to stay in line and out of the way, but secretly all of them know that the people at the very top running the school have terrible attitudes and treat there staff like they are less important than them. They have high teacher turnover due to how they talk to and treat them. It’s so bad that within the first few days people will come up to you and warn you to stay out of the way of anyone who runs the school for fear of your job or confrontation. All of the worst reviews that I’ve seen about the school all talk about the individual who runs it and how he controls everything and wants to be the loudest and most important person in the building at all times. So if you step on his toes, watch out.Teacher Review1y ago13 Reviews
