Providence Woods

Last year was my daughters first year in school as a kindergartner. She was the only black girl in her class. I was not impressed with the lack of diversity. I wasn’t impressed with how her teacher was already trying to label her in class with her learning. It maybe an “A” school in academics however that’s is not all there is too education.

My children entered Rea View in the middle of the school year, in the middle of a pandemic. They were received with open arms and made to feel like part of the class immediately. The work load was rigorous without being too much, both classroom teachers communicated weekly, one daily via the agenda. If there was ever a concern, I felt that I could talk to the teacher. I appreciate the smooth transition to a new school and my children look forward to going back this fall.

This school goes above and beyond for the students.
