    "Easy access to the interstate and a short walk to public transportation. Uptown is around 30-40 minute drive but lots of business and jobs within 15 min drive."

    "You can walk to Providence Springs Elementary, which is one of the best schools in Charlotte according to NCreportcard.org These town homes are very quiet but convenient to shopping and restaurants. City Bus line picks up just outside the entrance and runs up Providence into downtown. This is a great starter home for young families that want to own, or perfect place for families that enjoy maintenance free living."
