Boogertown

This school should be avoided. They do not keep students safe! My grandson came home with second degree burns that we were never told about it, but had discovered the injury on our own. He was not sent to nurse, his teacher was not told and neither were we. We got nothing from them!They do not act like they want parent engagement.

The teachers and administration have been wonderful during our transition to a new school. They have had events to engage the families and students. One of my children really struggled with his last school and couldn’t pass his end of grade testing. This year he has excelled in the classroom and is on track to pass his eog. The prior reviews may have been accurate but it is not the experience we have had. It’s only our first year here but we hope to continue to have good experience and that the school has the ability to turn around the negatives.

My son has been going there for 3 years and we love it !! Great teachers, great staff !!

Now that higher-income neighborhoods are assigned to the school, the culture and parent involvement is improving. I think great things are in-store for this school's future!

I moved here from charlotte and it has been a nightmare since my child been there the principal don’t like black ppl I wouldn’t recommend no child there the principal is very disrespectful and so on.

Wish I knew what I know now. Withdrew mid-year,and glad we did. The previous reviewer is correct -everytime someone leaves a negative review, a school administration logs in and leaves a very generic positive review 'my child is thriving' or something like that
