"Walk to work at the hospital or walk 2 minutes to a bus line. Nicely wooded, high and dry neighborhood with unusual home sites and architecture. Truly a unique Chapel Hill neighborhood. Not in the historic district so individual homes add character and charm. Lots of walkers and joggers, no through traffic; streets are quiet which encourage local professionals to walk to work. Good schools and close proximity to downtown and 15-501 bypass. "
