    "We live in Lions Gate and it is hands down the best place to live in Cary. We love it! Our only regret is not finding this place sooner. We don't have any children in the school system nor do we use public transportation but I've seen Cary Tran out this way many times. Shopping and nightlife is improving in the area with the recently finished and growing Waverly Place shopping center. We have the best neighbors too! "
