"Great community feel and over all wonderful neighborhood. Lots of parks and nearby schools and shops. I would recommend it for families and young couples. Lots of local pet owners. Close to the public library also"

"Great area for single people, couples and young couples with children. The houses are small, but cute and cozy. One of the best features is the location: very close to the library, Lucky's supermarket, downtown and MU. Schools in the neighborhood are very good. The neighborhood is quaint and friendly, people walk a lot and greet each other. Almost all the places have front porches."
