    "I live about 2 blocks from this home on Crown Point. There is a bus stop where Spring Valley meets Broadway. There are 3 major grocery stores + Walmart, and Area Recreation Center (ARC) within 1.5 miles. If you walk or bike, you have many options. This neighborhood is turning itself into a family neighborhood as older residents sell and young families are moving in. Great place to raise a family. Kids will love playing at the creek on east side of Spring Valley."
