    "I moved out of South Minneapolis to St. Louis Park in order to find ample parking and more affordability, what I found was small town quiet right next door to city fun! The bike paths connect you to the Chain of Lakes in minutes and you're no more than 10 minutes away from anywhere on the West Side, including Minneapolis. The bus routes are better than South Minneapolis, it is much quieter and the taxes are more affordable. Streets are plowed in a timely mannor and the city is incredibly responsive and offers opportunities to be involved with community issues. "

    "10 minute drives to just about everything you could need. Super friendly owner community - mostly young professional to middle aged. Nice park on one side, quiet baseball field on the other. Very responsible and effective HOA. Wouldn't have moved if we didn't need to relocate for new job."
