    "I am a first time home owner (purchased home in April 2014) and could not be happier. Friendly neighbors who take good care of their homes - a lot of young family's with young children or dogs. Neighborhood is always lively with a lot of people walking with strollers or dogs which offers a sense of security/safety. Many schools within 1 mile, a lot of houses turning over with a lot of young couples. A very positive experience for me thus far!"
