"So walkable to shopping restaurants parks gym coffeehouses. Events at park year round safe quiet friendly"

"Edinborough is not a good area for small children to live. The neighborhood usually has seniors blended with young professionals and a lot of freelancers. While the neighborhood is very convenient this end of Edina has less areas for children to run and play. Expect conflict from seniors and freelancers working from home"
