"We have volunteer snow removal for free! Such a great perk when there's a big storm! Very walkable and runnable"

"Water Hill has become the hippest neighborhood in Michigan, perhaps even the state. An eclectic neighborhood within easy walking distance of the active downtown area with a plethora of all kinds of restaurants and movies galore (including foreign and art films). Live entertainment within walking distance ranging from the London Philharmonic to jazz to new age to everything else. Houses are generally of individual design. Safe neighborhood, even for walking at night. School system is highly rated, and the open school for the district, K-8 and the alternative high school are both easy walking distance. There is a large nature area (Bird Hills park) w/ trails. Big and forested enough to get lost in. Hilly, too."

"Ann Arbor is a wonderful town, and this house is beautiful. Nestled in between scenic parks, walking distance from downtown, and in one of the best school districts in the area! Located on a private drive and surrounded by mature trees."

Absolute bottom of the AAPS schools. The administration is anti-teacher, anti- parent. Children skip class, no accountability and when teachers try to ask for help, they are disciplined. BIPOc children are non- existent at that school, in fact one BIPOC child was chocked unconscious and basically nothing done to perpetrator. Children posting derogatory things on social media about teachers-nothing- Children defaming property- nothing. We are pulling our child for so many reasons and safely is the main one. Shame on you!
