"I have lived in this area for 25+ years and LOVE Ann Arbor. We have so many community events, art and restaurants. Plus it us very easy to get around by bus or Uber if you need them. The train runs to Chicago daily and to Detroit as well : there is also buses to the airport several times a day. "

"Terrible. Michigan drivers are bullies. I fell that Michigan highways are unsafe. Local roads are poorly maintained. Cops don’t protect drivers but issue ticket to raise money for other cops. "

"Safe and friendly neighborhood, many families with children, joggers, bicycles, bike path at the end of the street, no throughway by car (only bicycle and by foot), 3 miles from the University and just minutes from the freeway and Washtenaw & Huron shopping centers. One of the nicest and largest homes in the neighborhood, with a beautiful bay window in the living room, solid wood cabinets with new appliances in the kitchen including a Jenn-Air gas grill 4 burner stove and Kenmore double oven, an addition dining room with sky lights and an addition bedroom with added gas heater, natural lighting in upstairs bathroom with ceiling light tube, wood casement windows with internal blind window treatments, 50/50 carpet and hardwood floors, all new landscaping, multiple fruit trees, large wooden side yard trellis, grapevines and raspberry, blackberry bushes."
