    "The community center has movie nights, concerts in the summer, fairs, etc. During the Fourth of July, Rockville’s fireworks are at a park in the neighborhood which is very convenient. "

    "I live in the King Farm neighborhood and love it. This particular property on Piccard Drive is across from a 27 acre park that has ball fields, a huge play ground and a dog park. There's a farmer's market every Saturday as well. The community is exceptionally safe and clean and it's a great area for families with kids. This is a safe haven with a great public transportation system and quick access to Washington, D.C. via Shady Grove Metro, I-270 and I-495 nearby. Shops, Safeway, and great restaurants are within walking distance from anywhere within King Farm--it's a true walking community. "
