They can’t seem to get good leadership that’s cares about quality education in there. I was excited for my child to attend at first but it quickly became a nightmare. Stay far away if you can. Move into the district for Timbergrove or Owings Mills Elementary before you move to a zone in Reisterstown that will require them to go to such a circus.Parent Review5y ago8 Reviews - Owings Mills Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI homeschooled my child because I didn’t want them to go here but unfortunately I had to enroll them for 2 years, second and third grade before we just pulled them out. Administrators are really kind and nice but the school is poorly managed. They don’t communicate well. Teachers quit every year, every year it’s a new principle, good teachers are moved with unmotivated students and the bully culture is insane and there is absolutely no accountability for the tiny 7 year olds who are verbally and emotionally abusive. First generation children of African descent are mean to American Black children. It’s crazy. Even when you report them and they launch an investigation, you get a letter in the mail saying nothing will be done. We just decided to move to another county with better schools and better quality of life. Where were moved not only are the scores better but there is actual anti bullying campaigns. This school does nothing about the bullies they just tell the kids “it’s ok” and it’s not!Parent Review5mo ago10 Reviews - Timber Grove Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSolid education with flaws. Parent communication from teachers is lacking in the upper grades and college counseling is not super supportive or helpful as advertised. Considering the amount of tuition paid by families, the school leaves you with a feeling that you overpaid for a “meh” school.Parent Review4y ago11 Reviews - Garrison Forest School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGFS is my daughter’s second family. She has been a student there for over 10 years and continues to thrive academically, socially and athletically. Her options are endless and she always has support. We appreciate GFS for setting her on a path with a bright future.Parent Review2mo ago13 Reviews - Faith Christian Fellowship Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you are interested in an education that will challenge your child/children academically and spiritually while preparing them for life, then my recommendation is that you enroll your son(s) and daughter(s) in FCF Academy. You will not find a more caring principal or staff; people who are ALWAYS willing to take your calls or meet with you immediately if necessary. The small classroom size allows teachers to focus in on student s weaknesses, while encouraging their individual strengths. I have seen a confidence instilled in my son that I know is a direct result of his wonderful teacher. A former shy introvert, he now sees himself as a leader. I are blessed to have found FCF Academy and highly recommend it to all looking for a school where their child/children will thrive academically, spiritually, and be in a place of high morals and integrity.Parent Review11y ago2 Reviews
