What Locals Say about Perring Loch

  • Jo E.
"I have lived in this neighborhood for 4 years. Overall safe neighborhood, but it is right by 2 major roads (Hillen and Perring Parkway) so it can be noisy at night. You may need to purchase a parking permit for street parking if you live closer to Morgan State. Get a parking pad If you can"
  • Akai C.
"Great place for families. A lot of older people who take care of their property. The alley can sometimes be an issue if you park in the back."
  • Akai C.
"Dog owners would love it. We constantly have dog owners walking their dogs. I am a dog owner and I feel safe and secure walking my dog daily."
  • Eric T.
"Great place to live and raise a family! Very quiet during the day and night. No crime at all! I would tell anyone to live in this area!"
  • Eric T.
"I lived in this neighborhood for 15 years and it was and still is a very good, clean and quiet community "
