"The neighbors are friendly and close to many bars, restaurants and the park. Parking is also much better here than most neighborhoods in the city. "
  • Tatiana
"Community walks, and gatherings on the block in the summer. Patterson park events. Neighborhood Facebook page "
  • Trulia User
"A lot of neighbors do have small children, it is safe for the children to play outside. There are a lot of neighborhood eateries that serve good food and they are in walking distance."
  • Tatiana F. .
"There are many breeds, the owners are nice, plenty of parks nearby to walk to dogs and most owners pick up after their pets."
  • Anne
"Commute is easy and accessible. I take the free commuter water taxi from Canton waterfront park to Under Armour campus. In the summer I can walk (20 min) or scooter (5min) to the waterfront park from home, and in the winter months there is plenty of street parking near the boat launch."

"Highlandtown is far from all the crazy busy bars but close enough that you can walk there. It’s a great place to live and the people are pretty nice and friendly. "
  • Kay
"very close to Patterson Park and the little dog park there. Patterson Park has several nicely shaded areas so it can be enjoyed on hot days too"
  • Max’s dad
"It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to 83. If you are headed to 95 or 895 it takes about 5-10 min. Traffic is definitely not bad at all. I would try to leave before all the kids have to be in school. Traffic does stand still with all the parents dropping off kids. "
  • Chris
"Having a pup is easy because Patterson park is so close. Lots of people here have dogs and there is a nice dog park. "
  • Allysewittenburg
"All of the events at Patterson park for all different cultures and music events. Also every year an animal rescue host a little festival type event to adopt cats and dogs! It’s great!"
