    "It is a high traffic area with a first trauma hospital in the community. However, the main road, Springfield Street, it’s extremely wide, even though it is a 2-lane roadway and motorists tend travelled a lot faster than the posted speed of 30 mph. That’s is extremely concerning not only for pedestrians, but for dogs also"
