My child is loving the dual language program and math as a kindergartener.

My son is in 4th grade and has gone to this school for two years. I am super impressed with the fourth grade teachers! They are extremely attentive to each kids needs. They all employ a fix and return policy that makes the child complete the work until it is 100% so this encourages problem solving and helps to learn the subject matter. The communication to parents is great and the principal is very caring and hands on.

As a parent of a middle schooler at Florence Sawyer, I know that middle school can be a hard time and how sometimes school can make it even worse with peer pressure etc. But everyday my daughter comes home from school so excited to share news about her day with things I couldn’t even imagine. Teachers support students in every possible kind of way, with mental help and school help. Starting this year, the school has adopted a new program called No Place For Hate which supports everyone who may feel excluded and helps grow a community.

My children have had an excellent experience. The combination of learning, loving exposure from staff and the old fashion rules of respect and behavior make St. Mikes a 5 star school
