"I’ve lived in Boxborough for 12 years. The schools are top notch. There is reasonable shopping close in Acton and 4 malls each a 1/2 hour away in each direction . People here are happy to be home"
  • Annie S.
"Neighborhood potlucks, lots of town history, fairs and farms, people walking during lunch breaks, parks nearby"
  • Annie S.
"Very easy with nearby access to route 495. Lots of shopping and tech companies in this area as well, but at the same time there are beautiful rural areas too. "
  • Scott D.
"Amazing schools, great rural setting with easy commute access to route 2 and I-495."
  • Rebecca C.
"Boxborough MA has recently become fully integrated with Acton schools, from elementary through high school so you get the benefit of top rated schools but with a lower tax rate. On average, housing costs are less however, it is much more beautiful than Acton surrounded by nature trails and lots of open land. Convenient to both Route 2 and 495, it has a great commuter location. If you don't want to drive, you can take the Commuter Rail located in West Acton or nearby Littleton, into the city."

" Caring, well educated people who love nature make up the majority of the population. Parents who want the best education for their children move here. The excellent Jr. High and Sr. High schools are combined with Acton, but Boxborough has it's own elementary school, and it is superb! Boxborough is quiet and peaceful, and it's easy to get to Acton shops or take the train into Boston. Absolutely loved living there!"

"Live here. Raised our children here. Blanchard Elementary School in Boxborough and RJ Grey Jr. High School and Acton-Boxborough Regional High School are excellent public schools. Very close proximity to I-495, Rt. 111 and Rt. 2. Front of property has nice grove of mature trees between Reed Farm Rd. and structure - adds a nice privacy element plus summer shade!"
