"Not sure but I walk my dog everyday and I don’t see a lot of poop anywhere which means people clean up after themselves"

"Esplanade Avenue is a historic street in New Orleans, Louisiana. It runs northwest from the Mississippi River to Beauregard Circle at the entrance to City Park."

"family friendly, but good for young folks too. easy to get anywhere in the city no matter your preferred mode of transport be it driving a private vehicle, public transit. biking, or most all necessities are within walking distance. it's a neighborhood that still has that funky new Orleans vibe...but with the added conveniences of stores like a Costco and whole foods"

"Great neighborhood, depending on which side you’re on one side is a highly ranked crime area. For the most part there are a lot of friendly people and everyone seems to get alone "

"The area is really nice to walk around, there are sidewalks. Very close to Louis Armstrong park which has lots of green space with pathways and a nice lake."

"Close to everything with the interstate ramps nearby. Takes about 15mins to get uptown or downtown. Also about a 15min walk into the French Quarter. "

"Not too many dog owners I see. Maybe 1-2 a day and usually when walking towards the line of another neighborhood."

"They would like a lot and they would not dislike much it’s okay a decent place to live I guess I wouldn’t move back here though where I am and I don’t have a dog so I don’t know how other dog owners would feel they may like it though a lot of people walk their dogs round here and lets them play ina park or field "

"St Ann apartment complex needs to be shut down. it brings in crime and drug addicts and the cops are all in on it. this neighborhood is getting better but it still has a long way to go and St Ann complex is a big big part of that. also, I forgot about the prostitutes. that's a real issue here too. "Tremé has come a long way but it still has a long way to go. the shootings here happen way too often and it is not a place where I would settle down. I cannot wait to move. "

"it's unique alright but I cannot wait to move. it will probably be a nice area in 5-10 years. but with the crime, the shootings, the flooding and the trash everywhere I cannot wait to leave. "

"The neighborhood is not changing for the better. Between the air b&b’s, drug deals, homeless, motorcycles, and huge parties under the overpass every Sunday night, it’s an expensive and annoying place to live. Ready to move. "

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had great experiences at this school. Wonderful, caring, nuturing and friendly teachers who are always available to address parental concerns and keep you posted about classroom activities and your child's progress and academic, social and emotional developments. They have an open door policy which fosters active volunteer work and participation in class and school activities. Their curriculum is innovative and on our for your child's specific needs, including accommodations for high achieving students, among its prevalent low achieving student body which attracts a disproportionate number of low income students from its neighboring community. The students are well -behaved and appropriately disciplined when having a bad day. Overall, teachers, staff, administrators, parents AND students appear to be happy everyday. Outstanding extracurricular programs and unbelievable gardening curriculum which teaches wholesome eating and contributes free garden grown food to students. Such a balanced and overall great institution that my I am transferring my middle school student here to join her younger first grade sibling who just loves his school and whose experiences since pre -k are responsible for the Sterling accolades written herein!Parent Review7y ago1 Reviews - Bricolage Academy
