"I have seen a couple dogs but not dog friendly definitely will move asap. I really need a back yard for myself and dogs I have no privacy"

"There really is no grass to walk dogs unless walk about a 1/2 block by the stores where there is a field but by the time u get there the dogs have used it… so that’s pointless! Also very unsafe I have spoken to a neighbor and her first dog was stolen from her small fenced area…so soon as I can I’m moving"

"There are no community events of which I am aware. There is a park with a water feature for kids during summer months that includes a walking trail"

"Good: Pet friendly neighbors. Plenty of space to walk your dogs. Plenty of fresh green areas. Bad: No dog park. "
  • Harris43
"Gated community which is well-maintained. Friendly neighbors. Lived here for 16 years, and absolutely love this neighborhood. People walk their pets and the neighborhood is clean with maintenanced lawns."
  • Harris43
"People walk their dogs all the time. Pets are generally on a leash. It would be rare to see a dog not with its owner."

"To and from downtown during rush hour is a nightmare on I-12. I would say that most days the commute takes about 40 minutes on a good day and up to one hour on a bad day."
  • Caroljean499
"This is a very nice well maintained neighborhood I feel safe and would have no problem raising kids if I had any"

"Neighbor is ok lot of huge pot holes water sits in them. The kids really can’t play. You can damage your cars riding through this water and holes. Lot of strange people on the back side. Pretty quiet. If streets were fixed and kids can play.great some activities around here that shouldn’t be. I hope they move"
  • Alesana417
"It is a great family starter neighborhood! Always kids playing and lots of families around! Houses are being rebuilt and the neighborhood is improving! "
  • Stephanie L.
"Dogs lovers are Welcome! Very pet friendly neighborhood along with cats. We have a lake with ducks and geese so there are lots of animals and nature. There are more homes with dogs then there are without. If you are not an animal lover then this neighborhood probably not for you:)"
