"This is a safe neighborhood. I am friendly with more than 20 households and I’ve only lived here 4 years. I always feel safe here. Most neighbors use nextdoor app to communicate about ANYTHING. "

"kenilworth area is patroled by out of duty police and some of them live in the area. public transportation and supermarkets are very accesible "
  • Joacook
"I have lived in my home for 34 yrs. when we moved here I didn’t know anyone. Over the years I have met many fine people, many are my close neighbors. I enjoy the natural surroundings and the location is a good fit for my family. I only wish there were more North-South roads from Perkins Road. College/Lee, Essen/Staring and Bluebonnet are all too crowded. "
