"I have lived here since 1987. The taxes keep dropping while the quality of life keeps improving. With hills, mature trees and a variety of architectural styles, this beautiful neighborhood feels remote from the hustle and bustle but is located close to schools, shopping, restaurants and expressways. We can be downtown in 15-20 minutes. It's a good neighborhood for walking and everyone is friendly."
