"Grand Dell, a large subdivision found in the rural SE sector of Oldham has large lots - ranging from 1 acre up to 8 acres. Grand Dell has easy access to the Interstate making for a quick drive into Louisville. The schools are top notch and kids' sports are abundant. With no planes, trains or Interstates close by, it is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The homes are well maintained yet diverse in style and size. Deer and turkey are a regular sight in parts of the neighborhood."
