    "A paved walking and biking trail is steps from the front door. Convenient access to 435 in central OP, great for those on the go. JCCC and KU Edwards campus are just a few miles down the street. Shopping is convenient with 119th and Metcalf nearby, a new Hy-Vee at 95th and Antioch, along with Walgreens, CVS, and other specialty shops. Great restaurants surround the area via short driving distance. This is a quiet, discreet location in the midst of activity."
