    "there are many stray cats & dogs around the area. cars also speed through the area. there are also only a few nice sections of the block. the other areas are sketchy in the evenings."

    "It is a very rough neighborhood with a lot of violence. People are getting killed, last week a woman was murdered. Previously two young people were murdered by gun violence. This is not a safe neighborhood, it seems to be getting worse. "
