    "Pretty quiet neighborhood. All of the original owners have aged out. Neighborhood is changing demographically quickly, and not for the better. Theft crimes are occasional but increasing as the demographics change. Many small homes and renters. Houses are close to each other so not a ton of privacy. Yards are on the larger side compared to nearby Schaumburg. "

    "It’s a very safe feeling neighborhood. Good or ok neighbors. Everything u would need is close by. Restaurants are awesome. Snow removal on the streets is done right away. Lots of things to do. Good schools."
