"A lot of people keep to themselves. Mostly college students some areas are no walk zones if you get me but everything else is pretty cool nice farmers markets and some kids if you drive towards the university "

"It is super convenient to grocery stores, pharmacies, fitness clubs, a new $52 million ice rink, library and walking track. It has the cheapest Gas Station, buses are close and train is 5 min away. Lake is 10 min away. There are 4 large parks nearby and 3 major shopping areas within a 10 min drive. "
