Battle Park

When I was in pre-k I went to this school. I am now in a magnet school, and I am going to a gifted center. This school has led me to be the genius i am today. I am currently in the 4th grade. And I still remember the good teachers at this school. I would definitely recommend this school. 5 stars.

I love this school! Mrs. Harmon is a parents dream teacher! Both of my children attend Dexter and I love everything about this school. They are challenged, but not overwhelmed and just a shout out: THANK YOU

I loved staying there meeting all the teachers and having fun so I give this 5 stars they were always nice

Great extraciricular activites! Several teachers that we have had were unwilling to help and just did not seem like they really cared about the kids. There were also others that would go above and beyond. The staff is great and the pricipal shows he cares about the kids. He knows every kid by name.

As I seen this I have to say things have changed drastically at this school. Leadership is poor. Poor communication from administration. NO PARENT involvement at all. I have never in my life felt so unwelcome in a school until I walked into this one. From day one I did not feel good about the administration. I must say the teachers are great. So if your looking for a school that teachers are great and lack of leadership and communication from administration and absolutely no parent involvement this is the school. If they would consider new leadership I think it could be like these previous reviews.
