I'm a grandparent of a past and current student at Claremont. We could not be more thrilled with the staff and high standards of everything at this school. They even offer a play performance every fall that is fantastic! It was thrilling for us and our grandson's parents to see him on stage and having the time of his life, mistakes and all. It gives them confidence and the ability to overcome stage fright at such an early age. Skills that will build and last a lifetime. We watched him interact and work with other kids for a common goal and he just seemed more grown up in one evening. Our granddaughter has moved on to 3rd grade and her school does not offer this incredible experience and we sure do miss it but we're grateful she had it for three years at Clairemont. Kudos to your principal and music director and many others for recognizing the importance of this experience. We can see how much extra work it causes you and you are so appreciated for it!

Sagamore is an excellent choice due to it's dedicated teachers, staff, location and amenities. The assistant principal Dr. Montello is a genuine, thoughtful, and proactive administrator. Teachers like Dr. Shackleford who is so positive and supportive. Locals like Mrs. Zabinski who will make sure your child is in the best extracurriculars. Mrs. Sommers who is an exemplary parent who's kids are top tier roll models. The location of the school tucked away in a classic mid century community allows you to walk or bike into school on safe streets. The campus has an outdoor basketball court, soccer field, proper swing set, playground and is located adjacent to a neighborhood swim/tennis that the students can walk to on a short trail from the school. The community is walking, biking or a fun golf cart ride to local restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is close to Atlanta, Decatur, Buckhead, CHOA, CDC, and I-85. Buy a classic mid century, a new home, or custom build your own dream house. The rolling hills of Sagamore are a perfect place to raise your family. Sagamore Hills Elementary school has the best staff, excellent teachers, and a quite well appropriated campus. You will be pleasantly surprised by this gem.

I had a horrible experience with this school, ever since my child was enrolled!

Oak Grove Elementary is beyond an exceptional school. The teachers are wonderful, engaged, and really care about the progress of the students. The parent volunteer community is strong and a powerful force behind the teachers and staff to add programs and events for the students. My kids have been at OGE for 5 years, and we have had a wonderful experience. I feel that OGE is giving my children a very strong educational foundation to build upon in the future.

My child transferred from a prestigious private school, and she and I both prefer Briarlake! Kind, caring staff, lovely teachers, great playground, new HVAC, high level of parental engagement, lots of nice kids. We love it so much!

I've recently been at this school for my whole entirety growing up here before moving on. This school basically taught me throughout my childhood with the acceptance of gratitude and growth. I'd just say that not all teachers are the best in terms of how they process through the learning environment, but at least try to match it up with them to make sure you understand every single basic knowledge that they have spoken out about. Nice teaching and learning l, friendly teachers diversified students. Students at this school are able to do their class and homework independently. Dr Williams is the best principal. All the teachers are kindhearted. Mist of the teachers love their stiludents and the students do the same. The school practices safety practice every other month fire safety fire drill lockdown and tornedo drill. Robertshaw is weapon free drug free and zero tolerance for bully school where students get educated safely year round.
