"The parks are amazing. You can walk from the park to the graveyard to school for kid pickup and back home and never feel like you left the neighborhood. "

"The city of Decatur is like a liberal Mayberry but inside the perimeter of Atlanta. We have all the best restaurants, best festivals, a traditional downtown city center and all in a short drive of downtown Atlanta. Many who live here are faculty members at local universities or public health professionals with the CDC so we have a well educated but also pretty diverse area. The schools are fantastic and drive the child friendly neighborhood feel. Even the nicer restaurants are kid friendly which is wonderful!"
