    "We bought at the height of the market collapse and bought the worse house in the neighborhood (it's what you're supposed to do.) The neighborhood is still mostly cape cods and small cottages. It's nice enough that infill work is going on all around us, Neighbors are warm and friendly-only a few bad seed stragglers remain. Neighborhood participation is high, For being in the heart of Decatur two blocks from the Decatur city limit, one mile from the square you couldn't ask for a better neighborhood. It's a humble and discreet community, the people really seem to be with it, a lotta late bloomers starting families. "
