The staff truly make sure that parents are involved in their child's education. Fairview always goes above and beyond to make sure that students are positively encouraged to do well in their studies, in addition to behavioral choices. My children have attended here for a few years now and I'm very pleased with the education they have received.

Since starting this school my daughters reading level has pretty much stayed the same until I started having to actually become a teacher at home. There is absolutely NO FAMILY ENGAGEMENT WHATSOEVER!! I’ll call when things are upcoming and the front office says no as well as the teachers just to get reports that parents may have shown up. ATP my kids feel like I just don’t want to be a part and it’s very disheartening on top of the academics! I honestly hate this school and I’m looking for a new/ different school for my kids to attend next year. You had to buzz in to get the kids but once your in good luck to them asking for any form of ID before they hand your child over and/or allow them in someone’s car after school (thank God I teach my kids stranger danger because the staff does not check whatsoever)

While the school was fantastic in previous years, recent changes in faculty have left the school in a very poor state. The teachers are ill equipped and ill trained for managing a classroom. Teachers have been caught repeatedly insulting students, yelling at them, and my student is now afraid to go to school because of the teachers. Poor communication has been the norm, but even when meetings happen issues are not resolved. Learning support and feedback in the classroom have become sparse to non-existent. It's a shame to see what this one great school has become. For people familiar with the movie Matilda, what used to be Ms. Honeywell has become Ms. Trunchbull. Sparse classrooms, hostile teachers, with a focus on silent obedience over learning.

This school is one I am looking at for my child to attend in the next year. I am hoping they offer a good environment seeing as we are moving due to my employer. I am hoping to have my child attend school in the Conyers GA area. We are moving from NY and we are hoping the teaching is comparable to where we came from. We are moving from Rochester NY and our child is attending one of the best districts in the country.

The school is a nice fun school, but the students that attend are horrible. It’s the students that ruin the school because they don’t behave well. Also the teachers and staff barely do anything about it. The kids there just do what they want and the worst punishment they get is suspension for two days. Most teachers are nice and good at their job except for a few.
