"The neighborhood looks out for itself and has lots of history. It’s very important that it be preserved. I love this beautiful neighborhood. We have some excellent schools in this community. Please be mindful of the culture that should be preserved at all costs in this community. "

"Good transportation for Atlanta. However Atlanta's public transportation is subpar. Good access to highways."

"It’s a good number of kids Great neighbors Pretty quiet Most people look out for you. Good deal of elderly people. Other than Ralph David Abernathy and Martin Luther King and Cascade all other streets are pretty quiet. "

"It's a diverse, historic community with lots of charm and character. the sidewalks are nice and the streets are wide for additional parking. And it's close to shopping and public transportation."

"My commute is 10 minutes to work. I work less than 5 miles from my home. I drive to work which is the most efficient way to go. Marta is nearby but it would take me too long to drive there and wait for the train. It would also cost me more money"
  • Scottsingsbari
"That the local schools are sub par however it will take parental involvement and investment to drive the expectations higher. If there is no shift in the paradigm, the kids will meet the lowered expectation."

"Why is there so much vandalism in Atlanta GA? I look at some of these homes and they are so beautiful. I cant believe some people would do this. What a waste. If there is this much vandalism is this really such a safe place I wonder. "
